Lessons in Leadership: Values

It's the responsibility of leadership to attentively and intentionally set the cultural values of the firm they're leading. Leadership sets the tone of acceptance, inclusion, accountability, and second chances or it drums out the beat of demand performance, marginalization, punitive structures, and diminshment.
